WARRANTY POLICY

Before you (customer) decided to make the purchase for any item with AUTOMATION MART PTE LTD, please read the entire AUTOMATION MART PTE LTD warranty policy. The warranty period is 12 months from date of delivery for new unit only unless stated otherwise in the description of the part. We will provide warranty that the item will be free of functional defects that may occur under normal operating conditions within the warranty period.
If a defect occurs within the warranty period, AUTOMATION MART PTE LTD will reserve the right either to send you a new unit, repair your unit or refund your purchase price based upon our availability. You need to immediately contact AUTOMATION MART PTE LTD for a return authorization and then return the defective unit to us within 5 working days (Not Including Sat, Sun and Official Public Holidays) after reporting the defect. Customer (You) will incur for return shipping and the shipping of the replacement using its approved shipping method. The management of AUTOMATION MART PTE LTD reserves the right to have the final say and decision for all warranty approval if the defect item is suspected to be mishandle by customer.

THE ENTIRE WARRANTY POLICY IS PROVIDED IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THAT OF AUTOMATION MART PTE LTD DISCLAIM ANY

WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-
INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL AUTOMATION MART PTE LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES
EXCEPT ACTUAL DAMAGES UP TO, BUT NOT EXCEEDING, THE AMOUNT PAID TO AUTOMATION MART
PTE LTD FOR THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING AUTOMATION MART PTE LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR
ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Logistics Matter
DHL are our preferred choice of shipping to overseas customer using only air freight for all customer order only.
For Singapore customers, shipping are Ex-Work Singapore for all orders exceed SGD 500.00 otherwise we will include a local transportation charges inside the quotation.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges can be determined when customer (you) complete an order or quote online. AUTOMATION MART PTE LTD can also provide the actual shipping charge for you if you contact us either by phone or email for verification. The overall product prices do not include shipping charge or insurance. The default method is to pre-pay the shipping charge and add it to your invoice. AUTOMATION MART PTE LTD will charge the standard shipping rates and do not normally charge handling fees. We will provide shipping quotes, weight and dimensions upon request. If you require a Pro Forma Invoice, please let us know if you want us to quote shipping or choose to use your own carrier account number.
AUTOMATION MART PTE LTD will provide you a tracking number of your shipment via e-mail once the item has been shipped.

Goods & Services Tax (GST)

Automation Mart Pte Ltd is GST registered company and will charge all local customer 7% GST for all purchase.
